What decides the price
Which engines are included at your tier. Not the enterprise tier in the fine print. Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode are the three most commonly held back, either for a higher plan or as add-ons billed monthly on top. Koalr includes all 7 it tracks on every paid plan, so the answer to what Claude says about you does not depend on which plan you are on.
How the prompt allowance is counted. Most platforms share one pool of prompts across every brand in the account, so 150 prompts across ten clients is fifteen each and per-brand depth falls as the roster grows. Koalr counts prompts per site: 25 on Starter, 40 on Growth, 50 on Business, and adding a site does not thin out the ones already tracked.
How many brands or client workspaces you need. One platform charges per workspace, most cap them by tier. That is where agency bills diverge fastest, because a per-workspace charge multiplies with the roster while a tier cap does not.
