The best AI visibility tool for an agency prices full engine coverage and multiple client brands into the tier you will buy. Four of the five below charge extra for at least one engine a client will ask about. Koalr, Peec AI, Otterly.ai, Scrunch AI and Profound each draw that line somewhere different, so every number here was read off the vendor's own public pricing page on 3 August 2026, agency tab included.
| Tool | Agency entry price | Engines at that price | Client brands included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Koalr | £79/mo (Starter) | 7 of 7, no add-ons | 1 site; 3 at £199, 6 at £349 | Full engine coverage on every tier |
| Peec AI | €175/mo (Essential, annual) | 6 available, shared credit pool | 3 projects | White-label client reporting |
| Otterly.ai | $189/mo (Standard) | 4 included, 3 more are add-ons | Unlimited workspaces, 150 prompts shared | Cheapest unlimited-workspace tier |
| Scrunch AI | $500/mo (Agency Core) | 4 of 9, the rest need Enterprise | 3 brand plus 3 pitch workspaces | Pitching prospects and site audits |
| Profound | $99/mo plus $399 per client | 3 of 9, the rest need Enterprise | Pitch only, clients are add-ons | Enterprise depth and content agents |
Prices as published on each vendor's own pricing page on 3 August 2026. Peec AI's agency prices are its annual-billing rate; monthly billing on Essential works out at €205. Profound's tiers are billed yearly.
What does an AI visibility tool do for an agency?
An AI visibility tool runs a fixed set of real buyer questions against AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on a schedule, then reports which brands get named, which pages get cited as sources, and how both move over time. For an agency the job runs across every client brand at once. Three line items decide the bill:
- Engines included at your tier. Not the enterprise tier in the fine print. Four of the five tools here reserve Claude, Gemini or Google AI Mode for a higher plan or a paid add-on.
- How the prompt allowance is shared. A pool of 150 prompts across ten client workspaces is fifteen prompts per client. Only one tool here allocates prompts per site instead of per account.
- What a client workspace costs. One charges per workspace, three cap them by tier, and one gives you unlimited workspaces that share a single prompt pool.
Dashboards, exports and Looker connectors are close enough across the five to break a tie and nothing more.
What does tracking five client brands actually cost?
Headline prices are not comparable across these five tools, because each one bundles a different thing. Price five client brands on the engines a buyer uses and the tools sort themselves.
| Tool | Plan that covers five brands | Monthly list price | Engines at that price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Koalr | Business, 6 sites | £349 | All 7, 100 prompts per site |
| Peec AI | Agency Growth, 10 projects | €365 | 6 available, about 277 prompts shared |
| Otterly.ai | Standard plus Gemini, AI Mode and Claude add-ons | $416 | 7, 150 prompts shared across all workspaces |
| Scrunch AI | Enterprise, since Agency Core caps at 3 brands | Custom quote | Up to 9 on Enterprise |
| Profound | Agency Growth plus 5 client workspaces | $2,094 | 3, unless you move to Enterprise |
The Otterly.ai figure is Standard at $189 plus the Standard-tier add-ons for Gemini ($59), Google AI Mode ($59) and Claude ($109), with the 150-prompt Agency Partner allowance. The Profound figure is the $99 agency base plus five client workspaces at $399 each.
1. Koalr: best for full engine coverage on every plan
Koalr tracks all 7 engines it monitors, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, on every paid plan including the £79 entry tier. There is no per-engine add-on and no engine held back for a higher tier, so you can answer a client asking what Claude says about them on day one, on any plan.
Koalr also counts prompts differently. The allowance is per site, not per account: Growth is 50 tracked prompts per site across 3 sites, Business is 100 per site across 6. Every other tool here divides one pool across the whole roster, so per-client depth falls as clients are added.

Best for: agencies that want the engine-coverage question settled at signup rather than renegotiated every time a client asks about a new engine.
Key features: all 7 tracked engines on every paid tier, refreshed daily; 25 to 100 tracked prompts per site by tier; 5 to 20 competitors per site; 10 to 30 content briefs a month; a free AI Visibility Score scan across all 7 engines with no card; a 7-day free trial on every plan.
Pros: the only tool of the five with no engine gated behind a tier or an add-on, and the only one whose prompt allowance does not thin out as the roster grows. Starter at £79 is also the only entry tier here that carries every engine its vendor tracks: Otterly.ai's $29 Lite covers four of its seven, Peec AI's €85 Starter lets you pick three of six, Profound's $99 Starter is ChatGPT alone, and Scrunch AI's $250 Core is four of nine.
The honest counterweight: Koalr has no dedicated agency tier, and Peec AI's agency Essential is cheaper once you need three client brands, at €175 a month on annual billing against Koalr's £199. Peec carries six models to Koalr's seven and shares one credit pool across all three projects.
Cons: sites are capped by tier at 1, 3 and 6, so an agency past six client brands needs Enterprise rather than a self-serve plan. Koalr is also newer than the four tools below and has not accumulated their volume of independent reviews or multi-year case studies.
Verdict: the strongest fit for an agency that wants every engine on every client from day one, and the cleanest per-client prompt maths of the five. Check the site cap against your roster before picking a tier.
2. Peec AI: best for white-label client reporting
Peec AI is the only one of the five that puts white-label reporting on its agency page, in the headline: "Customize tracking by client, deliver white-label reporting, and partner with us to win and retain more accounts." Its agency tiers run Essential at €175 a month, Growth at €365 and Scale at €575, all on annual billing, with unlimited users and unlimited client seats on every one of them. We compared Koalr against Peec AI in more depth in an earlier post.
Those are annual-billing rates. Peec AI advertises a €360 annual saving on Essential, which puts the monthly-billing rate at €205, matching its standard Pro tier.
Read the white-label claim precisely before you sell it on. Peec AI's own agency page describes building "one Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboard template, clone it per client" and sharing "read-only links clients open anytime, no Peec login". That is a branded report, not a branded application, and it is the same mechanism Otterly.ai recommends. What Peec AI adds around it is the automation: its MCP integration runs the reporting loop on a schedule and pushes Slack summaries and Google Slides decks without anyone touching it. Pitch projects are 7-day prospect workspaces that sit outside the client project quota, so prospecting does not eat paid capacity.
The model is credit-based rather than seat-based, which is the trade. You buy a pool of credits, and prompts, models and tracking frequency all draw from it: 10,000 credits works out to about 111 prompts across the account in Peec AI's own sample configuration, 25,000 to about 277, and 65,000 to about 722.

Best for: agencies whose deliverable is a branded client report, and whose account teams and clients both need logins.
Key features: white-label client reporting through a cloneable Looker Studio template with read-only client links; unlimited users and unlimited client seats on every agency tier; 3, 10 or 25 client projects by tier; 7-day pitch projects for prospecting at 3, 5 or 7 by tier, outside the client quota; MCP-driven scheduled reporting into Slack and Google Slides; API access on all agency tiers; six models available, being ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini.
Pros: no seat tax anywhere, the reporting loop runs itself once scheduled, and the project counts at Growth and Scale are generous next to anything else here at the price.
Cons: Claude Sonnet 4, GPT-5 Search, Deepseek, Qwen and Mistral only appear from the Scale tier upward, via API. On the standard brand plans you choose three models at signup and extra models cost €25 to €115 a month each depending on tier. Credits shared across the account also mean prompt depth per client falls as clients are added.
Verdict: the best pick if client-facing branded reporting is the product you sell. Model the credit pool against your client count before you commit, because that is where the ceiling sits.

3. Otterly.ai: best cheap route to unlimited client workspaces
Otterly.ai's Lite tier is $29 a month for 15 prompts and a single workspace, enough for a demo and not much else. The tier that matters for an agency is Standard at $189 a month: 100 prompts, unlimited workspaces, 5,000 GEO URL audits a month, plus API and MCP access at 2,000 requests a month. Premium is $489 for 400 prompts and 10,000 audits. Annual billing takes 15% off across the board.
There is no separate agency tier. Instead Otterly.ai runs an Agency Partner programme layered on top: "Subscribe to Standard or Premium, then apply for Agency Partner status to unlock these benefits." Approval raises the prompt allowance to 150 on Standard and 500 on Premium, adds unlimited workspace management for client separation, custom reporting through the Google Looker Studio connector, and co-marketing. Otterly.ai lists no extra charge for it, so an approved agency gets 50% more prompts at the same $189.
Four engines are included at every tier: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude are all paid add-ons priced per tier. At Standard that is $59 a month each for Gemini and Google AI Mode and $109 for Claude, so matching a seven-engine list costs $416 a month rather than $189.
| Add-on | Lite | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Gemini | $9 | $59 | $149 |
| Google AI Mode | $9 | $59 | $149 |
| Claude | $29 | $109 | $439 |
| Extra 100 prompts | $99 | $99 | $99 |

Best for: agencies with a long roster of low-touch clients, where breadth of workspaces matters more than depth per client.
Key features: Agency Partner status on Standard or Premium, raising prompts to 150 or 500 at no extra listed cost; unlimited workspaces from Standard upward, each with its own team members, brand reports, prompts and GEO audits; unlimited team members on every tier; a Google Looker Studio connector; CSV exports; 1,000 to 10,000 GEO URL audits a month by tier; a 7-day free trial with no card.
Pros: the cheapest path to unlimited client workspaces in this comparison, the Agency Partner uplift is free once approved, and the GEO URL audit volume at Standard is generous for the money.
Cons: even the Agency Partner allowance is one shared pool, so 150 prompts across ten clients is fifteen each. Otterly.ai is also blunt about white-label in its own help docs: "OtterlyAI does not currently offer a native white-label option. The OtterlyAI interface, branding, and URLs cannot be customised to show your agency or company name." Branded client output means building it yourself in Looker Studio.
Verdict: strong value for wide, shallow coverage. The prompt pool will run out long before the budget does.
4. Scrunch AI: best for pitching prospects alongside live clients
Scrunch AI splits its pricing into brand and agency tabs. Agency Core is $500 a month for 250 unique prompts, 5 site audits per brand per month, 3 brand workspaces, 3 pitch workspaces and unlimited user licences, on four LLMs: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. Enterprise expands that to nine, adding Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok, plus AXP, API access, SSO and a dedicated account team.
Pitch workspaces are the distinctive part. Auditing a prospect's AI visibility before the pitch wins accounts, and Scrunch AI and Profound are the only two tools here that price for it.

Best for: agencies where new business depends on walking into a pitch with the prospect's AI visibility already audited.
Key features: 3 brand plus 3 pitch workspaces on Agency Core; unlimited user licences; 250 unique prompts; 5 site audits per brand per month; sentiment analysis; citation and source tracking; AI agent and bot traffic monitoring; site maps; AXP, the Agent Experience Platform, on Enterprise; a 7-day free trial.
Pros: the pitch-workspace model fits how agencies win accounts, and unlimited user licences at Agency Core is unusual at this price.
Cons: $500 a month for three brand workspaces is the highest per-brand entry cost of the five, and the four-LLM list means Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode all require an Enterprise conversation. Several third-party reviews describe a dedicated hallucination detection feature as Scrunch AI's differentiator. It is not named on Scrunch AI's own pricing or agency pages, so confirm it with their sales team rather than assuming it is included.
Verdict: worth it if pitch workspaces win you accounts. If what you need is broad engine coverage across a roster, the per-brand maths does not work at Agency Core.
5. Profound: best for enterprise depth and content automation
Profound is the most capable platform here and the most expensive way to run an agency roster. Its brand tiers are Starter at $99 a month for ChatGPT only and 50 prompts, Growth at $399 for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews with 100 prompts and 9,000 responses a month, and a custom Enterprise tier that opens up to nine answer engines including Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok and DeepSeek. Seats are 1 on Starter and 3 on Growth.
The agency tab is where the roster maths shows up. Agency Growth is $99 a month plus add-ons, covering 10 pitch workspaces a month for prospect audits, agency mode and consolidated billing. Client workspaces are an add-on at $399 a month each, with extra trial workspaces at $199 for five.

Best for: in-house AEO teams, and large agencies with an enterprise budget per client rather than a blended retainer.
Key features: Answer Engine Insights across up to nine engines at Enterprise; Profound Agents, a no-code workflow builder for content research and publishing, at 100 to 400 credits a month by tier; Profound Sheets; Agent Analytics with unlimited tracked domains and integrations for Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, Vercel and AWS among others; Prompt Volumes; agency mode with consolidated billing; SSO, SOC2 and API access at Enterprise.
Pros: the deepest feature set of the five by a clear margin, the only one with a real content-automation layer, and Agent Analytics is strong if AI crawler traffic to client sites matters to you.
Cons: the agency pricing multiplies. Five client workspaces list at $2,094 a month, and "multiple companies tracked" only appears on the Enterprise line, so a roster on the self-serve tiers is not the intended shape. Growth also caps at three seats and one language and region.
Verdict: the right tool when a single client's AEO budget carries a $399 workspace on its own. It is not built to spread across ten mid-size retainers.
Buyer asks: “ai visibility tracking tool for marketing agencies uk”
For agencies tracking client brand visibility across AI search, Otterly.ai is a commonly recommended option, covering several core AI engines with white-label reporting built for client accounts.
This answer is wrong on the detail that matters. Otterly.ai's own help docs state it has no native white-label option and that its interface, branding and URLs cannot be customised. The answer also skips which engines the price includes, whether the prompt allowance is shared across clients, and what a client workspace costs on top. Check the vendor's pricing page, not the summary.
Feature comparison: what each tool includes at its agency tier
| Tool | Engines included | Cost to add an engine | Prompt allowance | Client workspaces | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Koalr | All 7, every plan | None | 25 to 100 per site | 1, 3 or 6 sites; 7+ on Enterprise | 7 days, every plan |
| Peec AI | 6 on Essential and Growth, 11 on Scale | €25 to €115 per model on brand tiers | About 111 to 722, shared | 3, 10 or 25 projects | Yes, on agency tiers |
| Otterly.ai | 4 | $9 to $439 per engine per month | 15 to 400 shared; 150 on Standard as an Agency Partner | 1 on Lite, unlimited above | 7 days, no card |
| Scrunch AI | 4 on Agency Core, 9 on Enterprise | Enterprise upgrade only | 250, shared | 3 brand plus 3 pitch | 7 days |
| Profound | 3 on Growth, up to 9 on Enterprise | Enterprise upgrade only | 50 to 100, shared | 10 pitch a month; clients $399 each | Yes, on Growth |
Engine names differ by vendor. Koalr's seven are ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Scrunch AI and Profound both reach nine at Enterprise by counting Meta AI, Grok or DeepSeek.
Which AI visibility tool should an agency choose?
Choose Koalr if you want all seven engines on every client from the first paid plan, with prompt depth that does not thin out as the roster grows. Choose Peec AI if white-label client reporting is the deliverable and you need unlimited logins for account teams and clients. Choose Otterly.ai if you have many low-touch clients and can live with four engines and a shared prompt pool. Choose Scrunch AI if pitch workspaces win you new business and three brand workspaces covers your live roster. Choose Profound if one client's AEO budget can carry a $399 workspace on its own and you want content automation with it.
None of these is the wrong answer. They suit different shapes of agency, so start from the roster you have this quarter and work back to the tier that covers it.
Frequently asked questions
Otterly.ai's Lite tier at $29 a month is the cheapest entry price, but it covers one workspace and 15 prompts across four of the seven engines Otterly tracks. Koalr's Starter at £79 a month is the cheapest plan of the five that includes every engine its vendor tracks, though it covers one client site. Once a roster needs three client brands, Peec AI's agency Essential at €175 a month on annual billing is cheaper than Koalr's £199 Growth tier, on six models rather than seven.
